The pitches on this recording are chakra tones based upon the western system of assigning diatonic intervals to the chakras, starting with C256 and following a spiral of fifths temperament, and follow through the progression of the chakras as a ladder, a spiral and a helix.
Artistic choices were based upon the Divine Proportion of Phi and the Fibonacci Series; yet the actual progression of the chakra tones, on both the macro and micro levels, follows the inherent movements and relationships of the chakras themselves and each other.
